CANCELLATION POLICY

DEPOSITS All deposits are non-refundable and will be added to the service payment. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged a 30% cancellation fee, this does not include the deposit. Any fees incurred will be charged to the credit card we have on file. LATE ARRIVALS Anyone who is 15 minutes late to an appointment may have to be rebooked to a different date/time, if the appointment cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. Communication is key here. I understand things happen - just please communicate. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a "no show" and treated as a missed appointment. MISSED APPOINTMENTS/NO-SHOW Anyone who fails to cancel their appointment within the required time frame and/or is 15 minutes late with no communication will be considered a no show. In the event of a no show, the card on file will be charged a 50% fee of the service(s) scheduled - this does not include the deposit. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis. Any fees incurred will be charged to the credit card we have on file.
